Erika brings a passion for Mahjong, community building, and entrepreneurship to her role as Chief Operating Officer of The Mahjong League, where she works alongside Dominique and the team to oversee day-to-day operations and support League Leaders across the country. As the founder of The Tile Society Mahjong Social Club in New Jersey, she has firsthand experience creating welcoming spaces where players can gather, connect, and build community around the game, and she understands both the fun of bringing people together around the table and the work that happens behind the scenes to make it all run smoothly.
With a background in business ownership, wellness, and hospitality, Erika works closely with League Leaders to strengthen operations, improve systems and communication, and create a consistent, elevated experience throughout The Mahjong League. She is passionate about helping League Leaders build thriving local communities while preserving the connection and fun that make Mahjong so special.
